Driver Training Team enhance their knowledge

Staff Development and Driver Training are two important cogs within the Montgomery Transport Group management strategy Three driver trainers from the Montgomery Transport Group, George Anderson, Jimmy Foster and Phillip McKinney have recently achieved the ICQ Level 3 award in Education and Training. This Qualification which has been attained includes units involving understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training, assists with facilitating learning and development in groups and provides an understanding of the assessment in education and training This training programme will ensure our driver trainers are properly equipped to fully develop our driving team and to help ensure that Montgomery Transport Group continue to provide our customers with the best possible levels of service
